One thing to assume no substance but quite another to be betting on it.

IMO Axium ,who must surely be aware of this matter have to clarify the situation and BEFORE open tomorrow.

If there is truth in the statement say so.If there is doubt, say so. If there is only confusion say so. If there is no truth in the assertions then refute them.

I believe they have an obligation to do so.

Again I ask, would you be happy to part with $90,000 only to find out the allegations actually had substance but AVQ were slow to respond??
