worst part about merger was the effective dilution of NHC stake...I said so on BKW threads some time ago
Of course the other bad thing, was doing it when All Ords was so high ( unusual step by the Milners really- one wonders if it was pushed more by the next gen rather than Robert?).... still there should be a good dividend flow from those Milton stocks fir a while still ( because good dividend yield was their speciality I had thought) at least you would hope! Nothing like the divvie from NHC though.
