I believe it was from an asset sale rather than a dividend but the last time SOL paid special dividends for a couple of years it was also due to a surplus coming through from New Hope so I certainly wouldn't rule that out. They have plenty of liquidity already from the MLT merger so you wouldn't think they need to hold onto it all.
