I wonder if LIT failed to meet some targets and are no longer operating the australian branch of Soluna (Soluna Australia)? Maybe this new entity has been set up as an extension of the global entity (like other branches) after local management (LIT in thus case) failed to meet some targets or their exclusivity rights lapsed. Maybe since Soluna Australia was a JV with DLG they had a contingency that would terminate the company? Doubt we will get any transparency into the nature of LITs deal and this will be another project (the likes of which I've mentioned above) quietly swept under the rug
