The main problem with posting articles is copyright....and most news sites TOU prohibit the republising of their articles....however.....there is nothing stopping you posting a link to the article and few brief lines to tell your fellow posters what the article is about.
The only other problem would be that you keep the article in context with PRR so that the discussion is not derailed. Often there is an issue that posters want to discuss that may apply to many stocks or the market ion general so in that case you could start a thread in General and maybe just point your fellow PRR posters to your new thread.
