    Solution 6 just released an excellent announcement which has in large been ignored by the market.

    - SOH will takeover an American software company in a script bid.
    - SOH indicates it's in an advanced stage to divest the loss making IT business.
    - SOH stated that it's operating performance will be the best ever as it meets its designated EBITDA targets.

    They have plenty of cash in the bank and at 65c it looks a good buy.
