Support is only one problem with Sol6

when it come to their main product accounting practice software they are,

Over 3times more expensive than their competitors. A single user licence in Sol 6 is approx $5000 for the first year MYOB accountants office is about $1600 for a product that does more.

Their product is not any better than the competitors and in many areas is actually inferior.

Their support is improving but still has a long way to go to catch up to their competitors.

Sol6 has had the major portion of this market for over 10 years. Over the last couple of years though their competitors have developed far better products and are starting to eat into Sol6's market. This is only going to get worse not better for Sol 6.

A lot of the businesses they have purchased have moved away from the core accounting business but I would wait to see if they run these any better which there is no indication of yet.
