Something is definately happening. I read an old news article recently which quoted gamble as saying that SOH was in talks with a number of parties regarding their IT services division which most brokers now say they will divest. Gamble said they would be in a position to make an announcement in two to three months. That was in early march!

Im not sure who is behind the MEM group. Do you know if Tyler is associated with this group munch? In todays AFR, the was a small takeover rumor on SOH. Not sure if anyone saw it but it mentioned a possible management buyout was on the cards.
