I agree that it will continue to fall in current environment and although they expect to turn losses into profits this fin year - I doubt that it will be anything outstanding this year.
There is not a lot of new business at the top end of the legal market - most firms made huge decisions around Y2K and GST.... and things have settled. They may be able to gain some new business from medium and perhaps even small firms in this financial year.
The revenue streams they have from upgrades and on going support needs to be their focus and they need to achieve a lot more in the area of customer satisfaction to enhance this revenue.
Now they are a little leaner - perhaps they can start to keep track of the moods and desires of their existing clients - and make good money from those sources.
Lets face it - sales in a lot of businesses right now must be at a low ebb.
I posted that they would fall below 50c a while back. I cannot see any upside in the near future - but keep an eye on them once they start going up again.
If you have shares - do not bail out unless you have to - Long term prospects for SOH are better than the short term.
