Solution 6 presents an attractive investment in a growing software business. While profits and dividends are 1-2 years off we may see the following provide a boost to the share price:

1) Better than expected profit
2) Sale of the loss making IT business
3) Further large contracts e.g. with major law/accounting firms.

But this stock will require some patience as it is still very much out of favour.
