Hi Buddy,

I searched my brain for something additionally positive to say about the company, but got nothing, absolutely nothing.

All that can be said has been said.

The redeemiong thought is that both MIke and NIck are on in years and failing Austpac I really dont think they would get too many more business opportunities.

There is no doubt Mike wants to retire on a winning note and I feel that he will pull something out of the box in November, there is too much at stake to let the team down now and I am QUITE sure that he is more than aware of the holders frustrations.

Should another company take us over I would fear the worst because no one would be happy with the number of shares that Austpac presently have outstanding, so a reconstruction would be on the cards and that in my opinion would spell curtains for all the decent longstanding shareholders who have shown such loyalty to M. T.

The Devil we know is far better than the Devil we dont know.
