Tennessee Tuxedo; thanks for launching this thought-provoking thread and for having the courage to forward the first few ideas.
Your Point (D) should be Point (A) - Planet Earth just cannot sustain proliferating, warring humans ad finitum.
Re your Point (A); most unemployed people cannot afford to pay land rent so that in Australia we force them to undertake 'work for the dole' and terminate that dole if they don't accept any job at all. It's my view that emerging technological change is going to challenge the very concept of expecting people to undertake paid employment [much of the work ass we know it may well be assigned to the next generation of AI industrial robots].
Point (B) is already reality for ICT, oil and gas; so why not water and electricity [ie. global grids].
To your list I'd add a global ICAC to pursue the World's insatiably greedy and morally bankrupt from their evil practices, practices all too often supported by similarly bankrupt beneficiary countries.
I'd also add the international pricing of environmental emissions and natural habitat destruction - rewarding sustainable and renewable energy operations and holding to account Planet Earth's destructive, irresponsible vandals and polluters.
Cheers!
