As you are all aware i have y AH HUH moments and just had one. Lets look @ something here....

Centro decide to do convertible notes, they get 3 years grace, and if LVR aint down they convert the debt to equity.

Lets look @ 3 years time, centro secures the 3 years, they sell down some property get lvr slightly down, pay divvys again, confidence is restored sp goes up to say $2, debt is converted @ $2... debt is reduced so even tho diluted profits, the expenses have been decresed with interest payments etc...

i really dont see it a problem either way.

stop stressing everyone... buy more, embrace the current SP.
