What is everyone thoughts on what can be done to control the property market crisis ?
Me think,
Heavy tax on people, if they have more than 3 properties and if they stay vacant over 4 months!
Letting people to stay in retirement or investments properties, if people have properties it has to go on rental market, or pay heavy tax, no more investment properties for now..
Releasing lands!
Anti-corruption body to look into the matter.
