    Well if gambling on a house in 1988 for between $65,00 - $90,000 that is now worth over a $1Mill+ then lets keep on gambling on real estate. biggrin.png

    Rent back in 88 in Brisbane from memory was around $115 - $135 P/Wk now in 2023 ones looking at $550 - $900 P/Wk++
