Sorry @Golden Fleece , maybe i misread the earlier - I did not read back very far.
I thought ur post advocated removing negative gearing rental property tax deductions for Individuals. I was just musing how that would create a further divide for different tax entities with essentially the same assets because corporates would still get the "deductions" if an individual was excluded. I could not think of an easy way around that.
Ur response correctly highlights how the system is already "not level".
