    I have an easy fix !
    Raise interest rates to 10%.
    There will be an instant massive rush to exit property, and a massive drop in real estate price and rental price!
    Then everyone can afford a house !
    then, get rid of negative gearing, and stop foreign investment in residential real estate pronto !
