I was in real estate from the early 1990's until 2008. I got out because I was sick of the lies and bullcrap. Not just from other agents but vendors and buyers. A commission based system will always bring out the shady people. Imagine if agents were paid for their time. Would make things a bit more realistic instead of sellers going with the agent that tells them the biggest lie and says they will get them $50000 more than anyone else.
