    A few things can be done

    1/ get rid of all losses from property against that are claimed as a tax deduction against property.

    2/ give owner occupiers the same tax advantage that landlords get

    3/We have plenty of housing in Australia, but it is locked-up so if it's not being used, tax it.

    4/CGT increase it
