This was mostly done to Buy the "Boomers" Vote for decades.
At the expense of all other Australians.

With them no longer being the majority,
The new majority want affordable Housing.

Foreign Investment,
Negative Gearing,
Short Term Accommodation,
Must all be banned to have a chance of Affordable Housing.

Very Poor Financial policy Allowed this to happen....
