Latest figures show new build approvals have dropped by circa 30%/35% in most States. If the governments (State and Federal) don't step in as a matter of urgency to provide public housing, tiny housing or the rezoning of redundant retail and commercial property, then the demand/supply deficit with morph into something we often associate with 3rd world countries.
