Suggest you stop whinging, get a second job and save for a deposit, move to the outskirts of a regional centre or a town or village around it for a cheap home, save up for furniture, save up for a car... that's what the much maligned Boomers did.

Would you use this same argument if everything stayed the same ie wages but property prices doubled overnight, or went up ten times.

At what point is it not just a problem of the individual but a problem of the way the govt and society have made the property market?
