I did say all cost maybe I should have said all cost and expenses
The point is that something has to be done ---full stop
All parties are responsible for the mess that is in front of us
Equitable remedies which will not impact on anyone are 20 years away
Also I do not have a lot of sympathy for those who bought an investment property due to current high rents and because they could get almost zero interest rate cost
As usual the government have directly caused this mess and want the public to wear it
There is a world wide discussion about fixed rents regardless of investment, a decision which will hurt a lot
