    They are privately owned, maybe governed by a body.
    When you enter (purchase) a NRAS property, the deal is, it is locked into the NRAS for 10yrs.
    Naturally with it ending in 2026, you will not be bound for 10yrs.

    NDIS, to a degree, we have invested in some of these and they are yet to be completed and when completed, the expected return on your money is 12-15% rent.

    However, it's not exactly country now, the burbs and Freeway are only around 2ks away.
