    Hi wotsup,

NDIS from an investors perspective, I did read a little about it the other week.
Mainly because I was blown away, by seeing a 2x2 villa, in an area which I follow, instantly sell for over $1M.
This was an NDIS place. 3x2's sell for around $400k.

The returns are very high, but the building costs are as well and apparently, there can be longer than normal vacancies between rentals. I don't know that much about them, apart from this.

    Are you buying into these?

Yes, country life is beautiful. But sadly so many people do not see the benefits.
It reminds me of that old song Little Boxes.

For a girl brought up in the busy streets of London. My first experience of country life was when my family broke up and we spent a year, when I was young, on a farm, very rural and isolated.
It was an incredible time, which lead me to yearn for such a life. Eventually we achieved our dream.
My kids had a wonderful time. It is truly back to nature, hard work but a better way of life.

Sadly now, because of our age. We are in the burbs.
