    We have entered into buying into some NDIS properties, just a few hundred thousand and they are yet to be completed and in WA, 3 separate locations to spread the risk factor.
    They are complex's of 8 or 10 or so units?
    It may work out for example, you own half a unit.
    If one unit is vacant for a while, I think the rental returns are still evened out over all the owners.
    Your % is based on how much you invested in the complex.
    The ones we are in, all cater for the highest care, live in care provider etc = Highest $ return.
    I think lease terms, are also often 5yr terms?
    They are also strategically located, to services etc, etc.

    We only got involved due to the crash in interest rates.
    Our retirement was once in the bag, well and truly and that rug was pulled out from under us.
