Realty with 2 agents in last 2 weeks who have just down right blatantly lied and seems not held to account
One was saying could Airbnb to the buyer when the local council has closed off Airbnb, the other saying someone’s property was national park they could utilise. They hear agents were aware they were lying, the ooor person who bought the property at auction I spoke to after I asked plans and she said she would Airbnb it until they could sell their other property and move in… little does she know
Car salesman are bad but real estate agents surely are as ba if not worse?
How can they be allowed to tell me a house will double in. 5 years but don’t hold a financial license?
