That’s like my stockbroker ringing me up telling me absolute lies and saying it’s my fault I should have done more dd and then saying share price will double, firstly it’s not very professional and the reason why the industry has such a bed rep but secondly at least they(stockbrokers) have to have a license and be held accountable
The agent should only be able to provide info that they have evidence of and they shouldn’t be able to give price targets which in my mind is financial advice
Some of these agents I hear talk so much shit I think they’ve actually lost touch with reality
