That’s like my stockbroker ringing me up telling me absolute lies and saying it’s my fault I should have done more dd and then saying share price will double, firstly it’s not very professional and the reason why the industry has such a bed rep but secondly at least they(stockbrokers) have to have a license and be held accountable

That's why I don't us a stockbroker, BB
. They are responsible for people losing $trillions, due to there lies. At least RE is much easier to research, so the RE agents lies (if told) are easy to ignore.
