I only use brokers… they are regulated and one of the best ways of seeing capital raises and early rounds etc
i o no y deal with ones I know and have good reputations…. There are a lot of good brokers but some shonks
If a stockbroker blatantly lies you usually have evidence, most calls are recorded or email history real estate agents though it’s a free for all.
It’s one thing to buy a 20k car off a shonky car dealer but when most people’s largest asset is their home I think agents should be more accountable
Like I said i don’t mind if people play games but blatantly lying is one of resasons they are least trusted profession
