We are in Canada currently as my wifes family are large scake farmers here. Canada has the same problems but they are 6 months ahead. unemployment is 5.8%. mortgages are harder to get than Australia. You will get a very cheap house in rural Canada but life will be hard, winters are beyond brutal rurally.
