Yes what is the end game here in say 5 10 20 or 50 years?
I get the feeling that soon the corporates will move into property as the govt is unable to supply it or fix the market problems.
I think joke ownetship rates will keep dropping unfortunately and the gap between the classes to widen even further
in my mind this will result in poor outcomes for society as a whole… let’s See
