Anyone ever thought of this, If this global warming stuff is real and the thwaites glacier, "the doomsday glacier," does break off and melt (a big if, i must add), but not according to scientists who are ringing alarm bells now.
Then all coastal properties will be under water in a few years time, unless you have a lot of oxygen tanks and can live underwater then coastal properties should soon have a big reduction in price, because the sea water level will go up by meters apparently?
