The ALP will be in for a couple of terms so it’s probably coming early into their next term. Doing nothing in a catastrophic situation ensures it gets worse until something BREAKS!!!
This budget they’ve spruiked how they’re looking after the most vulnerable and there’s no more vulnerable peiople right now than renters. They don’t care too hoots about investors doing it tough what with crippling interest rate rises and other cost increases, there’s not enough votes in it.
