re: indonesian law is we in ancient ages Just wanted to make a point.
Say a baggage handler wanted to smuggle the 4.5 kilo of hooch to bali.
He would first have to smuggle a large package into the airport.
He would also have to punt on that there was a unlocked bag large enough to fit the package.
There would be no certainty that the appropiate bag would be available to smuggle the goods.
Once he did find the appropiate bag he then would have a limited amount of time to plant the drugs, and at the same time not being noticed by other staff with 4.5 kilo bag of mul.
Do these baggage handlers have permision to have there work bags with them at the process line or do they have a staff room with lockers ?
The point i am making is that the whole baggage handling scenario would be difficult if they didnt know prior to the flight that the appropiate bag would be available.
