A take over of SOM would need the top holders/directors selling and why on earth would they at this stage . If they believe they can turn this company around they would not sell at a price ROS would be prepared to pay for SOM . SOM are still a long way from making a sig profit . I thnk SOM is at least 2-3 years away from sig profits , they need to establish the new markets ,Europe and Japan . The USA has taken well over 5 yrs to get any traction . The revenues are improving slowly ,in real dollar terms . The costs keep increasing . I was previously a huge supporter of SOM but I am much less now . Resmed would be looking at something like F & P health care if they wanted a takeover .
Good try talking up the share price . It needs profits not talk to improve the prospect of SOM being anything other than a traders play thing .
I hope you manage to talk up the price , I need a few cents more to get an exit point close to what i payed for them .
