    Dubai company investing in Puntland building airport and sea port plus major roads. Tarek Niazi a consultant from Lootah Group said puntland is untouched and has huge investment protential and the goverment saying that oil exploration is underway with prospects of discovery could be Africas second largest producer after Sudan.
