Point being alot has happened in Somalia, it's 14 years since the place went to hell. Most the warlords killed each other off and the country as moved back towards becoming stable. Income from resources will HELP the issue and that is why the government is trying to rebuilt the economy.
Then again why let facts get in the way of Hollywood.. maybe we can get the Hulk to man the Blackhawk and shoot all the warlords
