    As stated Rumours and unsubstantiated,Personally really dont care about anything but AOI/RRS 1st quarter drilling target to be met, anything else is just noise, although tying up deals in Somaliland would further Range Resources credibility and muscle in Somalia, and show just how respected and trusted Range Resources are, within the people of Somalia that are responsible for running Somalia, Cheers.
