Sir Michael is OK, now PNG have a government and they are able to put in place policy, which way he goes I dont know but I am just glad there is a government running PNG.
PNG is down low and in recession but it has fantastic resources and many oil and Gas reserves as well as other commodities, how they export them and how they are represented on a global scale Sir Michael Somare is no stranger to this job, I am a little confused at the appointment of the out spoken speaker and I do hope Sir Michaels party can take PNG out of recession.
How low can the companies of PNG go, the ones that have now survived I believe will gather strength and grow with PNG. I will be interested to see how Australia is going to welcome Sir Michael but what I have learnt in politics is you can never tell which way its all going to go, what I know is PNG and the election cant be used as an excuse for selling off Oil Search like it has been.
