I just did some very quick calcs, which may be totally incorrect seeing I havent even had the first coffee of the morning yet but I think once the options are converted VPE will have some 50mil in the bank. Could this be correct?
Options 14.1m (as per underwrite notice)
SPP 10m ish (as per statement re SPP closing)
Cash OH 26m (as per SPP doc)
50m.
That is more cash than I have ever seen this company with in the history of holding it.
Does anyone know what kind of cash burn the drilling that VPE are doing this year is going to take up? Are there any outstanding payments RE the increase in stake on Growler?
Are VPE looking to take out ITC like someone mentioned?
All pure speculation on my behalf and its highly likely that I have some numbers wrong as the ol grey matter tends to be a little slower first thing in the morning.
Would be interested to hear others thoughts though.
