Who knows? Perhaps sorting out Tormin in June meant they are getting it signed on the 1st?
How about this for wishful thinking - all Xolobeni approvals gained, Anglo signs agreement to take product from Xolobeni and help with (cash) to build the plant. Goes from zero to the 10th largest mine in the world in two weeks... ;-)
