Oliver Lennox-King and Dr Mark O’Dea were Director/Chairman and CEO/President, respectively, of Fronteer Gold Inc , which was taken over by Newmont. Both are connected to William’s via his companies, both are on boards of Aurora Energy Resources Inc.(now a subsidiary of PDN) and XDM Resources Inc.. O’Dea is also Chairman of Pilot Gold, CEO of Blue Gold Mining, and a director of Laurentian Goldfields Ltd.

WTR was formerly known as BOM. BOM was a U explorer, has tenements (Maureen North - Bondi 100%, JOGMEC earning 51%) near CUU's Georgetown and Murphys ((Bondi 49%) in NT.

Mineral Deposits Ltd (ASX:MDL & TSX:MDM) acquired 14.9% of WTR’s ordinary shares at a cost of approximately A$12.21m.

In the WTR/BOM merger docs, BOM mentioned it would divest its Australian exploration assets, retaining only tenement applications in a Namibian subsidiary.

It would be hard to float those U assets into a new company (Lyell Resources Limited) ATM. Would be easier to do a deal with an existing listed company. Is CUU about become the new owner?

So there are some thoughts, but could turn out to be something vastly different.

What is known, and shown in my research, Williams/Limb doen't do things in half measures.

CUU might finally have the right management in placed. Let's hope so.
