Read it again.
The "raw material" is free. Once a solar array or wind farm is built they require only maintenance. As distinct from coal, oil or nuclear that need ongoing supplies and the effort, sourcing and transport costs that implies. The wind and sun (the energy source) are in themselves free.
The fact that I needed to explain this doesn't bode well for a constructive exchange but perhaps given you say I'm wrong you'll be able to point out my many factual errors.
