current guidance confirmed in May was 500-580 NPAT for FY21... NPAT at half yearly was 317m... so 2H should be 183m-263m
Current payout ratio is max 75% of profits...137m-197m distributable
SOI are 620m
Dividend - 22c - 31c per share
Pretty sure they are also unable to fully frank dividends at the moment also.
All back of envelope stuff... happy to be corrected etc etc
Pretty sure this may be why the price could be falling... lines it up with around 6% yield per year if it can be maintained here... 10%+ was clearly too good to be true. Total returns however.... much worse... negatives
