The share price has been steaming downhill for near 5 years from 26.65 so it will consolidate before convincingly steam upward which means go sideways or have a few ups and downs before the market has shaken itself out. At the moment the sellers are winning and first need a buy/sell balance established to shake off the sellers. Pointless grizzling about the sellers - they are allowed to. There are very very few people who can pick a bottom and most who claim they can are only guessing, a lot more can recognise a bottoming pattern though - as the bulls and bears argue. Don't forget "undevalued " and "oversold" are only indicators.
