Some AGM predictions

1) All AGM resolutions will pass including the remunerations report - and that will be posted later.

2) none of the frequently posting holders will post that they attended the meeting - because they won't have. That is clearly rebuttable. A post saying I did - would do that.

This meeting was not available virtually.

I have attended an AGM on a previous occasion and been almost the only one there except for some of the board and Kilian and Jolanta. Other than me there was some legal observer and perhaps one other woman who might have been Mrs Ross or not.

Several directors were not in the room on that occasion they teleconferenced in.

The vote on the resolutions went up on a projected board - this was in Richmond - same venue I believe as today - they weren't even close.

If the remuneration report gets within range of my voting power (I don't think it will get anywhere near that) I will owe a very great apology to mcnamm and others in that event because although I agree with his arguments for not supporting the remmuration report) I didn't even bother voting this time). So the chair would vote my shares for the report. Which is not what I wanted - but what will happen because I've become so discouraged.

Discouraged at the board and the management and the shareholders. But shareholders like mcnamm and pfeifer (and perhaps a few others) - I except from that.

PS - my sentiment is sell because I think this will go down- a cash raise is just about forced now - 20% of the recruitment done for GVHD means 80% not done - that's too much to do with the cash on hand and no effective shareholders opposing poor management metrics - but I'm not selling.

I'm more in the frame of mind or watching to see if WARF will intervene. Perhaps even of encouraging them too - if the wastage and poor management continues.
