This has to be an outright scam. First, if that's the case happened a day ago, WAF and other BF miners would have been in trading halt; 2. Traore is a soldier, also a governer of the state. He's certainly not that stupid to put the country into economic abyss; 3. that X account does not look like a serious one, judging by most of the contents it posted.
