Imo, the ASIC investigation will not impact adversely upon the Hanlon bid.

The bid, imo, would have originated in China and been hashed out in detail and approved at board level.

The outliers may, or may not, have engaged in illegal activity on the extremities of the action.

I remain confident that the desire of the Hanlon board to consumate a deal is as strong, if not more so now, than ever.

Price, imo, will not be what we would have expected prior to the recent shunt lower in market values.
