No substantial buyers but we have our fair share of substantial sellers , no way is this mum and dad selling , ill thought out Special dividend probably given a reason any major holder run out patience a chance get out , given the massive number of shares major holders hold and the fact Mayne has been turned into a speculative stock with a cloud hanging over its future especially now after selling Metrics and consolidation . Where to from here anyone's guess . Cant see turning Metrics into cash and splurging a good deal of it on some Special dividend offered to anyone who bought shares in Mayne so too hold return of capital , same . Could be board trying to improve market cap enough for Richards to pick up performance rights before he walked out the door . Not hard to imagine former CEO instigated turning Metrics into cash m return of capital , Special dividend .
